WHY DO TREKKING POLES COLLAPSE? The fliplock system may not be locked. Open the fliplock tab and adjust the poles to the proper height. Close fliplock tab. You should feel a bit of resistance when closing it. Please refer to the instructions or page description for correct assembly.

HOW DO I SET THE DESIRED HEIGHT? Suitable trekking pole length = your height x 0.7. The adjustment range is 115-135 cm, and the suitable height range is 166-193 cm.

WHY CAN THE TREKKING POLES HANDLE BE DETACHED? We designed the handle to be detachable for easy storage in your backpack or luggage. It is not a defective product.
